This document forms a Part of AS/NZS 1668:
Revision history:
AS/NZS 1668.1:1998A1. - appended.
Sets out the minimum requirements for the design, construction, installation and commissioning of mechanical and air-conditioning systems for fire and smoke control in multi-compartment buildings. Five specific methods of smoke control are defined and the appropriate requirements specified for each. This Standard does not include requirements for smoke control systems utilizing exhaust from above the hot layer. The Standard does not include requirements for maintenance of smoke control systems.
